Coaching
We are only as good as the level of investment we put into our ongoing growth. At Brave Leaders Group, we believe great leaders continually develop and transform to become better versions of themselves and grow into who they need to be in order to excel in the callings where they have been appointed to lead. Whether you are facing new levels of achievement or challenges, we help you uncover gaps in where you are today and help you work through new areas of growth. Leadership coaching is “tailored to the individual,” or rather, a bespoke development process for leaders that is achieved in partnership with a coach. The coach's role is one who challenges and develops the leaders to achieve the best performance results and to function as self-sufficiently, as possible. Coaches don’t solve problems for the leader, as the leader is the expert in their own life. Rather, the coach helps clarify and crystalize the goal and aids the individual in finding their solution and committing to the action that will move the goal forward. The coach also follows up to see that it is achieved, and if not, invites more discourse and learning on this issue. The coaching relationship is not done for the leader, but rather relies on the leader to own the process and complete the actions and commitments they identify during the coaching process. Coaching is offered A-la-carte or can be included with a leadership development package.
